"Slub socks with two stripes are now available in a new number. Slub socks are made from a mix of two types of yarns and knitted in a melange style, which makes them practical and keeps them from getting dirty or pilling even after repeated wear. Many of you must be saying, "When I think of socks, this is the one! This time, we have created a new item that we would like to propose as a new "ROTOTO" standard item. In consideration of the global environment, organic cotton slub yarn and recycled polyester yarn are used for the yarn. By knitting a mix of both yarns, we have created a fabric that combines the comfort of organic cotton with the durability and quick-drying properties of polyester.

The yarn is carefully and slowly spun by skilled craftsmen using an old spinning machine that has been passed down since the 1950s.
[Recycled polyester yarn]
This yarn is made from recycled plastic bottles that have been used once in Japan. Because we want our items to be used for a long time, we actively use materials that are environmentally friendly and highly transparent in terms of quality control and traceability."
