Some colours of vegetable-tanned leather - notably lighter and brighter ones, change more noticeably over time. To help prolong its original colour, try to keep it our of direct sunlight where possible and store in a dust bag when not in use. This is due to the natural process of dying using plant based tannins, rather than harmful chemicals. We don’t see this as a flaw - it is all part of the bags unique ageing process and charm. Please note darker colours may transfer onto light colours. \u003cbr\u003e  \u003cbr\u003eVegetable tanned leather is full of character and depending on which part of the skin a bag is cut from, each one will be slightly different in texture, and beautifully unique.
