Christmas 2024 extended returns policy

Goods purchased (subject to our returns policy) from Monday 25th November may be returned until Wednesday 15th January 2025.

Online Purchases:

We want you to be happy with your Kate Sheridan items so, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchases contact us within 14 days of delivery via email at info@katesheridan.com giving your name and address details of the product and the reason for return and wether you require a refund or replacement. Once you have notified us of your return you must then return your item/s to us within a further 14 days. If we receive your goods back outside of this period we will return the item/s back to you at your own cost. 

The items must first be sent back in their original unworn condition. For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Please note we do not refund the postage cost unless the item is faulty. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for or tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

All goods returned must be carefully packaged in their original packing and in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. In this instance the original goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

We will refund or exchange any faulty items within 28 days of delivery, including postage costs.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

In store Returns/Exchanges: 

If you are not satisfied with a purchase of one of our full priced items that you have bought in our shop, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to let us know you will be returning the goods, following this you have a further 14 days to return your item/s. Please note that we do not accept returns on Sale items bought in store. 

Deposits:

Please note that all deposits made to purchase an item are non-refundable. If the transaction fails to complete for any reason other than default by Seller, the non-refundable deposit shall remain the property of the Seller.
